Tofu, broccoli and mushrooms

I had lots of stuff in the fridge that I needed to use up so put this dish together and ate it with rice.



Broccoli

Mushrooms

Tofu


  1. Saute oil in the instant pot. Once hot add the above three ingredients with garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. I also added soy sauce and little but it balsamic vinegar to it.

  3. Saute for ten mins.

  4. Alternatively you can pressure/manual cook for 4 mins.

  5. Once done natural release and serve over rice or noodles or eat as is.



Quick lunch ready in less than ten mins.
