Peeps this is delicious and easily put together!!! We ate it all and kids wanted their thirds!!!! I used to eat this at Buffalo Wild Wings and so I decided to make my own vegetarian version of it.
Turn your instant pot on Saute mode.
Add oil, cumin, chili powder and garlic salt over veggie burgers or beyond burgers or meat of your choice. Coat that and onion slices lightly with cooking spray. Add to your instant pot and saute for 5 minutes or per desired doneness. Slice grilled steak into thin strips; separate onion slices into rings. Or you can crumble up your burgers into small tiny pieces. Let it cook on saute mode for 5mins. Add green chillies, pepper, paprika, garlic salt to the mixture.
Arrange cheese in center of warm tortillas. Arrange your mixture and onions over tortillas; Add lettuce, salsa or fresh pico de gallo and cilantro. Roll up; cut each in half.
Serve it with side of fries/chips.
I also made my own sour cream and spicy ranch sauce to dip the wraps in.
Spicy Ranch Dressing:
mayo (the secret ingredient)
heaping cup sour cream or plain yogurt
cilantro
dried minced onion
garlic powder or fresh garlic
fine ground sea salt
jalapenos or small green chilli
Blend all the above ingredients together in a blender. Add a little bit of water or almond milk to make it a salad dressing.
I also did another variety of this by making the left overs into a salad the next day.
