Spaghetti kinda night

one pot spaghetti dinner or lunch or snack. With being quarantined these days you can feed these to the kids and adults (if they are not carb free) all day long!!! And its easy and quick under ten minute meal



Take your spaghetti and add it to the instant pot.

Add water to cover the spaghetti, add veggies, salt and little bit of oil.

For veggies I added mixed frozen veggies.

Close the lid and press Manual/Pressure cook to 8 mins.

Once done let it natural release.

Open the instant pot and add cream cheese, milk or just milk

and butter. If you have fresh broccoli add it at this time. Add fresh garlic.

Mix all the ingredients properly and add salt and pepper and close the lid.

Press Manual/Pressure cook for one minute.

Once done natural release or quick release.


Garnish with fresh parmesan cheese serve with garlic bread.
