Smoothie

I love drinking smoothies. I try to make one of my meals just smoothie if I am planning on indulging in some fatty unhealthy choices later in the day.


In your vitamix


Water

Handful spinach leaves

1 Banana

1 apple

1 tsp chia seeds

1 or half cucumber

Half tsp lime juice



Blend everything together and drink it. This can be a good breakfast or lunch.
