Paneer Tikka BBQ style

Love to make this as an appetizer on a hot sunny day when we are grilling. I make extra so we can make paneer kati roll the next day.


  • Take yogurt in a bowl

  • Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, garlic, ginger, lime juice, any type of bbq spice if you have it or you can skip and add the other spices.

  • combine well with yogurt.

  • Add onions, red and green pepper or any color and paneer.

  • also add 1 tsp of oil.

  • mix till all the vegetables are coated well.

  • Marinate overnight or for thirty mins.

  • Roast it on a hot pan or grill in oven or over outside grill

  • Once done remove and sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka
