Paneer Tikka BBQ style

Love to make this as an appetizer on a hot sunny day when we are grilling. I make extra so we can make paneer kati roll the next day.
Take yogurt in a bowl
Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, garlic, ginger, lime juice, any type of bbq spice if you have it or you can skip and add the other spices.
combine well with yogurt.
Add onions, red and green pepper or any color and paneer.
also add 1 tsp of oil.
mix till all the vegetables are coated well.
Marinate overnight or for thirty mins.
Roast it on a hot pan or grill in oven or over outside grill
Once done remove and sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka
