
Mango "Dalogna" Dessert

All of us in our family have a sweet tooth. So not just me but my daughters are constantly making something for dessert or something sweet to snack on.. There has been a Dagona challenge going around and since my kids are not old enough to drink coffee we made our version with mango for dessert. And as always this is another dump and go in a vitamix or any blender you may have.
Frozen or fresh mangoes
Vanilla ice cream
Any kind of milk (I used soy milk to be a bit healthy)
Almonds
Pistachios
Both the nuts are optional and make it nut free if any allergies.
Put all the above ingredients (except nuts) in a blender. Blend until puree or milkshake like texture.
In a glass add few pieces of mango chunks, add the above milk shake. Add a scoop of ice cream on top and garnish with nuts of your choice.
