Egg fried rice

One pot egg fried rice ya'll! A quick easy dish put together. Miss eating Hibachi so made this. We are not too big on rcie dishes but Hibachi style rice is a hit in our family.


The measurement for rice to water is 1:1.


Wash your rice.

In your instant pot add rice, water, green peas and carrots.

Additionally add a little bit of salt.

Turn on the instant pot to Manual/Pressure cook to 12 mins

Once done let it natural release until the silver pin drops

Open your instant pot and move the rice to the side of the pot making some space in the middle. Turn your instant pot to Saute and add some sesame or olive oil. Add two to three whisked eggs in the middle and cook until they look like scrambled eggs.

Press cancel.

Mix in with the rice. Add soy sauce, siracha sauce if you want it spicy and a little bit of black pepper.

Serve it in a bowl and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
