Butternut Squash Soup

On rainy days I love some soup and Pakoras!!! I always used to make just tomato soup but since I discovered this recipe I love the butternut squash soup. And its all dump and go ready in ten minutes!
I get my butternut squash precut from costco so saves a ton of time.
I bag or 1lb butternut squash
Half onion
One cup carrots
One sweet potato
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Dump all the ingredients in your instant pot and on Manual/Pressure cook setting for ten minutes. Once done open the lid carefully and use your immersion blender to blend the ingredients. Add a little bit of honey if you like it a but sweet. Serve with grilled cheese, salad, ravioli or eat by itself.
