Dump and go in your instant pot black bean soup. So easy, delicious and healthy!
Black beans (fresh or canned), onion, corn, any color peppers you want to add, taco seasoning, water or vegetable broth and salt. Turn on your instant pot on Manual (50 mins for fresh and 15 mins for canned beans). Open up and your Black Bean Soup is ready to eat. You can use an immersion blender to blend half of the beans to make it a bit thicker. Top it with any of your favorite toppings (green onions, sour cream, cilantro, avocado) and side of chips. Make this your meal or as a side with your favorite Mexican dish.
