Way to healthy eating: Noodles to Zoodles

These are zucchini noodles. If you are on a low carb or no carb diet this is a perfect substitution for your noodles. You can add the same ingredients as you would in your pasta or spaghetti to make a delicious healthy meal in just minutes.
3 to 4 medium zucchini
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, depending on how spicy you like the pasta
2 medium tomatoes or canned tomatoes or even marinara sauce if you like
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
1 cup basil leaves, torn into pieces
2 teaspoons cold water
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Spiralize the zuchhini. Add all the above ingredients to the instant pot. Set on Manual (Sealing) for 3 minutes. Once done serve and top off with cilantro and additional Parmesan cheese.
