Butternut Squash Soup, Arugula Salad, Grilled Cheese

Dump and go soup made in 10 mins, Arugula salad put together in 5 mins and Grilled Cheese anothter 5 mins while the soup was being cooked. Whole meal put together in less than 15 mins
Welcome to my blog post. Guys this dump and go soup is so easy and healthy. This is my favorite go to the whole family loves it.
1 Butternut squash, 1 inch cubes
4 cups vegetable broth or water
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced
2 cups chopped carrots, peeled
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients inside of your instant pot. Using the display panel select the MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK function. Set the time to 10 minutes.
When the pot beeps to let you know it is done cooking open the vent valve to vent the pressure.
Use an immersion blender, puree the soup. Serve warm, salt to taste.
Top it off with some of your favorite toppings, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cilantro, chopped almonds.
